Having started the journey as a mechanical engineer where he liked to work with the Machines liked to see the manufacturing of the products in a quality way and provide donting services to the clients of various sectors from mechanical to automobiles etc.

This gave him hands on experience of half a decade polishing his skills in understanding, manufacturing, supplying, marketing and sales and a very good understanding of market and its requirements. Later his interest lead him to the finance Industry and then In 2003 he joined HDFC home finance (marketing and sales) . with the thirst of gaining knowledge and shaping a good career.

Finally all the hardwork from scratch paid off and this go getter went and grabbed the global exposure and understanding of financial sector inside out by captivating 14 years of strong experience with a very good track record of number of sales. He has also ranked first in entire HDFC India for achieving the highest number of sales and have been awarded for the outstanding work in Greece, Athens . He next worked with PNB housing finance for a good 5 years and gave good business to the company.

He yearned a very strong experience and built a strong customer relationship providing positive and timely customer care building trust customer look up for. Over the years with this trust all the customers continued to take loans from Mr Vinod pedkar and their word of mouth roped in more business and smiling faces which is the main Foundation and a motivation for him to start his own financial services having all products from all banks for customers under one roof.
